Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit. Cannot find your answer? Send us a message.

Do I need to book before coming in?

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Personal training and massage sessions should be booked ahead so a trainer or therapist is free for you.

Can I pay at the gym instead of online?

Yes. You can pay at reception by transfer, card on our POS, or cash, and we will activate your membership on the spot. Paying online activates it as soon as the payment goes through.

What happens when my membership expires?

We remind you before it ends. Renew online or at reception, and your new period starts from the day the current one ends, so early renewal never loses you a day. There is a short grace period on monthly and bi-weekly plans.

Can I pause my membership?

Monthly members can freeze for up to 7 days per month, for travel or illness. Speak to the manager and the days are added to the end of your membership.

Can I come for just one day?

Yes. A day pass lets you train for the day. Pay at reception when you arrive. If you start coming often, ask about the bi-weekly or monthly plan, which work out cheaper.

Do you ask about my health?

Yes. Everyone completes a short health questionnaire before training, based on the internationally used PAR-Q+. It helps our trainers keep you safe. Your answers are kept confidential and only the manager can read them.

What should I bring on my first visit?

Training shoes, a water bottle and a small towel. If you have a medical condition, tell a trainer before you start so we can adjust your programme.

How do I show I am a member?

After you join you receive a member card with a QR code on your phone. Show it at the front desk each time you visit.
